Urs-Peter Oehen is Co-founder, Chairman & CEO of Expersoft Systems AG. Since 1992 he is driving the company’s vision and success as a leading provider of software solutions for portfolio, asset and wealth management. Prior to founding Expersoft Urs-Peter Oehen was portfolio manager at the global retail group METRO.

Memo Dener has been with Expersoft Systems since 1998. As Head of Solution Sales and as a Member of the Board he has driven the extension of the company’s offering through the conception and release management of key properties such as Straight Through Processing, the Investment Proposal System or CRM. Memo Dener has over 20 years experience serving the financial service industry. Prior to joining Expersoft he was with Informix, Oracle and SAP as a consultant for IT development projects in large enterprises.

Christian Haller joined Expersoft’s development team in 1999. As Head of Development since 2002, he is a champion of Expersoft’s innovative product vision and the leading figure in expanding the company’s strong intellectual property and technology portfolio. Christian Haller is also a member of the executive board since 2003. Previously, he was CTO at Dialog AG, a developer of high-end imaging software for the banking industry.

Bernadette Lenhard joined Expersoft in 1999 and is a Member of the Board. As Head of Administration she is responsible for the company’s accounting, controlling, and human resources. Bernadette Lenhard is a Swiss certified specialist for finance and accounting.

Dieter Strohm is the managing director of Expersoft’s subsidiary in Luxembourg since 2001. Prior to joining Expersoft he was responsible for private banking projects in the IT group of WestLB International in Luxembourg.
